How to use a soothing balm?
Soothing balms are applied directly to the desired area (neck, temples, shoulders, back, wrists or tense muscles).
Use as needed, up to several times a day, for a soothing, refreshing and comforting effect.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on irritated or damaged skin.
